Good Morning Towel

Freelance projectFor a Chinese New Year gift for clients, the brief was to reimagine the Good Morning Towel to align with the client’s branding. Having previously illustrated a mascot for them, I dressed the mascot in a mandarin orange, complementing the oriental feel of the towel and the retro visuals of the client’s brand. A vintage-like reel was also shot to wrap the whole idea as something you would see on a TV ad.

To promote the new towel gift, we located a retro-style coffeeshop in Geylang to create a film matching the vibe.
Evolution of Mascot
A discoball was previously designed for the client’s indoor skating rink event. With the new CNY context in mind, the ball became an orange.

The overview of the specs, this was sent to a manufacturer in China to do mass-printing.
