Kaiju Warning System

2023

Project at LASALLEA workshop focusing on symbols, I took the project down the route of an early warning system inspired by MINDEF’s Mob Manning call ups. Being a huge fan of worldbuilding and Godzilla, I created  a fictional world where such Kaijus exist, and an effective broadcast is needed to warn citizens of the threat they are facing. These broadcasts warn of the natural disasters caused by these monsters.

This project would evolve into a research paper and my graduation project, which has seen involved into a one that uncovers the toys and play experiences of childhood that shape who we are today.
